The value of digital assets may increase or decrease, and there is no guarantee of profits before or after completing a swap.

User Responsibilities

MetaMask Platform

MetaMask is a non-custodial software wallet and gateway to blockchain applications. It does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and does not independently assess or evaluate blockchain assets, digital currencies, or decentralized applications. Users retain full control of their wallets and private keys at all times.

All actions performed through MetaMask, including sending, receiving, swapping, or interacting with decentralized applications, are initiated and executed solely by the user. MetaMask does not control, manage, or guarantee any blockchain network, smart contract, or third-party service accessed through the platform.

Digital assets are inherently volatile and may increase or decrease in value at any time. Users assume full responsibility for all risks associated with blockchain transactions and decentralized technologies.

Ledger Platform

Ledger provides non-custodial hardware wallet solutions designed to help users securely store and manage their private keys offline. Ledger does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and does not evaluate or endorse any blockchain asset, cryptocurrency, or digital currency.

Users retain full ownership and control of their private keys and digital assets at all times. Transactions are initiated by the user and signed locally on the Ledger device. Ledger does not have access to user funds, private keys, recovery phrases, or transaction data.

The use of Ledger devices and related software involves inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including asset volatility, network failures, and third-party application risks. Ledger makes no guarantees regarding asset value, transaction outcomes, or the performance of blockchain networks or external services.

Trezor Platform

Trezor is a non-custodial hardware wallet solution that enables users to securely store and manage cryptographic private keys. Trezor does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice and does not analyze, review, or guarantee the value or performance of any digital asset.

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their recovery phrases, private keys, and access credentials. All transactions are authorized directly by the user through the Trezor device, and Trezor does not have custody, control, or access to user funds or personal wallet data.

Digital assets and blockchain networks are subject to volatility, technical risks, and potential security vulnerabilities. Trezor does not guarantee uninterrupted access, transaction success, or protection against losses resulting from user actions, third-party integrations, or blockchain-related risks.

RedotPay Platform

RedotPay is a global payments fintech focused on enabling stablecoin‑based financial services. It provides tools for managing stablecoins, conducting fast transfers, and spending digital assets with payment cards and multi‑currency wallets. RedotPay does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, nor does it independently evaluate or endorse blockchain assets, cryptocurrencies, or digital currencies.

Users initiate transactions, transfers, or spending of stablecoins entirely at their own discretion and risk. RedotPay integrates blockchain technology with traditional payment systems to facilitate cross‑border payments and everyday spending via stablecoin rails, but it does not control or guarantee asset performance, network reliability, or third‑party services.

Stablecoins and digital assets are inherently volatile and may fluctuate in value. Users are fully responsible for their decisions, and RedotPay is not liable for financial losses or unintended outcomes resulting from the use of its platform.

UglyCash Platform

UglyCash is an American financial services platform built around stablecoins and digital dollar accounts. It enables users to send, receive, and manage USD‑pegged stablecoins and related financial services globally, including payment cards and digital wallets. UglyCash does not operate as a bank and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Users control their stablecoin balances and transactions through the platform. All actions taken with UglyCash, including transfers, payments, card usage, or wallet operations, are initiated by the user and are subject to blockchain and network conditions. UglyCash does not guarantee asset value, transaction speed, or third‑party service performance.
